the room was very clean and fresh. i liked the pillow menu option. i found nice coffee shops outside of the hotel complex. my kids really loved the playground and the pool with the slides. the buffet had a wide selection of food
i found that the hotel is mainly aimed at families with children under 12 , so other traveller types may want to consider this.

I enjoyed the heated pool for the kids. It was AMAZING!!! the room was also fantastic. i especially appreciated the separate bath and shower in the bathroom. the staff were really nice and attentive. They provided excellent table service.
i noticed the main restaurant had limited variety, it was okay, but could have been better.

The cleaning was really good. The pillow menu enhanced the sleeping experience. I noted some nice coffee shops outside the hotel. My children appreciated the playground and pool, it had slides.
I felt accessing the hotel with a pram proved difficult.
