The pools were clean. I found the pool towels to be of a good quality.

The hotel feels dated. It is in need of some refurbishment compared to other hotels. I saw on my travels it felt behind the times and some of the photos are deceiving. The lack of sockets was an issue.

The room was perfect. The bed and pillow were nice. The food selection at breakfast and dinner was solid. I was satisfied with the variety. The food was AMAZING!!!

I was charged to dine at the sea view restaurant. I stayed under seven nights, and they did not mention this upfront. The drinks were served in plastic cups. The cocktails were pre-mixed. These are disappointing things.

I enjoyed the heated pool for the kids. It was AMAZING!!! the room was also fantastic. i especially appreciated the separate bath and shower in the bathroom. the staff were really nice and attentive. They provided excellent table service.

i noticed the main restaurant had limited variety, it was okay, but could have been better.

The cleaning was really good. The pillow menu enhanced the sleeping experience. I noted some nice coffee shops outside the hotel. My children appreciated the playground and pool, it had slides.

I felt accessing the hotel with a pram proved difficult. The hotel has a lack of lifts or ramp access.
